Triple J's Hottest 100 of 2010

TheHottest 100 is upon us again!

What to vote for?? Laura Marling’s 2010 alubum, I Speak Because I Can was possibly the best thing I heard all year. POSSIBLY. Very close to, though.



Gypsy & the Cat are totally amazing, but still not sure they’d make the top 10. PLEASE DON’T EAT ME.

BUT THIS IS SO HARD!

You guys have it easy -- most of you have had Triple J close at hand. Me? I’ve occasionally been streaming the graveyard hours. It’s hard. I have music from up to August, but now it’s just the same, on repeat.

I’m going by what random people from in and around Triple J are voting for.

This is hard.

I have a feeling I’m not actually going to vote, but stream the results and DISCOVER NEW MUSIC … from the Hottest 100?? That’s new.

I've been really lazy full stop.

Like, about everything.

It was a week since I wrote in my diary. Can you believe that?

Snow has melted :( ... well, there's still a fair bit (it snowed a little last night) but not a FUN amount (AKA no school).

WEATHER UPDATE

I’m not being mean, but she IS tall. I mean, Tom Ballard and Alex Dyson are tall and she’s tall with them.

Anyone else super pumped (even though when I see it, it’ll be in French …. *sad face*)?? Oh, and what about the different voices? Have you ever thought about that?? There’ll be different voices!

But anyways again, HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS (part 1) (….... this is just ruining the fun …....).

So, nerdy HP books and frumpy librarians! That was what my day was filled with.

PS MUSIC! I love Pink.... You know what the sad thing is though? She's commercial, and her beautiful and amazing video clips are passed off with raised eyebrows. WHY? First of all, why is she commercial, and WHY pass off this art that's being produced? Another thing to love about Pink, is she doesn't use her body to sell, unlike many other popular artists. Some may find this weird, but she's my popular music idol. She honestly inspires me and I've always loved Pink, from that first music video i ever saw in Video Hits when I was yay high.
